does not mean they will reject the offer,right now UEX  has to raise  money to pay for the deal. Who wants to carry the risk ?.If  UEX can get the money and the offer goes through ,then this thing will move up.The other question is ,at what price will the lender be willing to supply the funds.

Still it has been another great trade over the last 3 days.
