I totally agree with you that you should not engage in this stock.
You really should go buy other stocks and REITs elswhere since those ones are clearly a better fit for you.

I'd even go so far as to leave this group since you are so sure this stock is a problem for you.

Why should you hang out here when this stock is clearly not the right fit for you?

Enjoy buying other stocks elsewhere while we sit back and enjoy the consistant benifits based on the strong fundamentals we've been receiving for years and through thick and thin.

Never assume that the dividends are carved in stone.

Anyway, we'll find out tomorrow what the financial state of TNT.UN is when they report on the first quarter of the year.

A 2.4 Payout to Earnings Ratio is simply NOT sustainable.

There WILL be a dividend cut at some point or else it becomes a Ponzi Scheme where the payouts are coming from Investors' money.

I'll buy after the other shoe has fallen, thanks.  At this price polnt I'm finding it less and less appealing.
