PRV-Q1 Results

PRV has made strides on two fronts. They have strengthened their balance sheet as well as consolidating their property portfolio by selling off laggards and concentrating on sectors (industrial) which are more desiable in the current economic environment. They solidified an alliance with a substantial equity investor in an effort to accelerate their growth and help to increase liquidity. The big question continues to be "when will the market recognize their true value."
