It helps illustrate the fact it's not possible to provide a note-form list of things EAT has, that might be of interest to a bigger player. 

lots of words, saying very little pertaining to the actual question. "The company itself" is what might interest a bigger player?  Maybe I should incorporate myself and see if a bigger player will want to acquire me. Granted, I've got nothing to offer...but I'll be a company, and that's enough!
