The share buyback program does not mean they HAVE to buy back shares, but if we get a market correction and the share price falls significantly, they will be cashed up to buy shares back at much lower prices than the $0.80 financing.
My view is they now have money to accelerate growth, but also a lever they can pull if the market corrects significantly to put a floor under the stock.
The fact this new financing has no warrants attached is VERY positive news. Not many microcaps can get away with that.

Shows confidence in the future that they are willing to take on debt to fund the buyback, but there is always risk. I'm still excited.
