RE:RE:RE:FACT: When Fowler Sold

RE:RE:RE:FACT: When Fowler SoldCouldn't agree more South, the not ready for rec was just about the last for me but everything, except for the few mentioned, and was still the best quality, facility and approach to top shelf product....it took them 4yrs+ to build but the result is well worth it, just should have done it quicker? In all fairness, CGC is just making their big move and the changes required that come with that as well and paid top dollar for FIRE to boot. The value we saw and with what we are getting from it is asolid win all concidered.

We are where we are and can only change it by going forward. which is going to be happening fast. When you look at the Tweed outlets across the country, add the distribution CGC has put in place already and more almost daily state side...and across the pond is bigger yet to come and on the med side at least first.

When I started reading about SP highs of $300. $500 etc and this is getting to far out there but when you start looking at what has been done in the last months, the growth potential is massive and these figures start to look smaller, time will tell and i am looking forward to it. Like you say, the positives are plenty and it is going to be worth the wait. There is still plenty of this rodeo to come and we will see you on the new board. JMHO...Opt

Agreed Opt.

Fowler was not ready for legal rec, everything else was aligned. Genetics , grow process etc.

But they missed the ball on the CPG side and us longs all paid for that...I was always under the impression LaBrier had that under control given his background in supply chain management.

Fowler took a lot of heat from shareholders myself included the day of legalization and I was even more pissed when Nav was appointed CEO. The high priced aquisitions and frivolous spending really hurt our equity. But the market changed quickly post rec and financing dried up.  I will say I did respect their willingness to purchase shares. They fuc*ed us on the CPG side and we were lucky that Beena and Colin helped right size the business.

Now we see what we can do with Canopy lots of positives long term imo. US Rec , international , CBD, biosteel , 7acres, PAX lots to look forward too.

GLTA see you on the WEED board at somepoint.
