2nd thoughts about my earlier comment from todayIt was a little on the mouthy side and should be humbly dialed back. While the SEDI filings from a year plus ago were indeed being done in a messed up way, SEDI filings are a pretty minor part of a company's disclosures--though very public. It may be that there was one person in charge of putting in the data who just didn't entirely understand how the site works. This is hardly evidence of a sloppy organization overall. Rather, one area with some boo-boos.
If Paul Hill has made the company better--and I think it has--well, you have to give the pre-PH company credit for having been smart enough to hire him, among other things.
