RE:RE:RE:RE:Time to go shopping and back to workJust a hunch, the slow recovery could be that the smaller "fish" in all sectors have been more at risk during covid of going under and so are the last to come back. We will run once this cracks $6.50 as malls reopen and calls back to work resume later this Fall. Patience rewards here.

Not nice to say, but this one is like bottom fishing.  Smaller Reit, sitting at deep value discount to NAV.  They have a stong parent company and that gives us safety.

Am expecting more than a 100% upside on MRT.UN. simply because thats where it was a little over a year ago.  Do your own DD.
