Temas has a horse in this race and have a lot to gain financially, but at the same time, the deal will be written on their terms. They've hired a slew of people since December 2020 who may be a little less 'agreeable' in the boardroom and if they say "Hey, we want this" and T&B say "No thanks" then they can just as easily walk away. They have a lot to gain but we have far more to lose, understood?
Is it the situation? Nobody can say for certain, but the reality is the ball is in Temas's court and 'thems the breaks'.
