Seems you believe that as long as you are unable to comprehend the words in any legal document they are unenforceable. Very "astute". And you seem to think that the phrase "govern yourself accordingly" is somehow noteworthy, when it is merely the legal love child of banal and trite.

That OtherSam guy is an embarassment to the Sam name. Fortunately, posters like us have restored the fine reputation of the Sam name with our astute posts about any topic. I used to know a CEO who threatened to sue badmouthing posters by telling them "Govern Yourself Accordingly".

Jeff's Lawyer could send Goldy and OtherSam a Cease and Desist letter but it likely wouldn't work because those guys probably don't know how to read big legal words.
