The key to next chapter are 'permits'....when the final permits are issued, (fall '21 ?), OSK moves...they pay more, but get what they NEED. Year later, production, and KL moves..before the high grade starts....KL gets immy production and huge increases in gold output over the following year as hi grade % increases.....and Tony gets to play the hero ( Novo/Quinton ? dunno what you're talking about )....
