RE:RE:RE:So how much of Royalmax does Matica really owbIf I recall they first reported interest on the "loan" as a mere 2% but they then "tweaked" the number in subsequnent statements to 5% - that would work out to roughly $150,000 per year in interest. Curiously I can't seem to find any mnetion of such a number in their statements.

Now the question becomes - if they don't pay interest and they don't repay the loan then does it not become essentially a "gift" to management relatives of investor money by the company management?  Have any other relatives of management benefited financially from this crew?
