We're working on it, cheques in the mail, we'll get back to you soon, and many other empty platitudes would have meant the same thing. Months to do a review means it's not going to happen because they are missing to much information, it's a ridiculous deal and won't fly, or they're investigating Paul Mann because of his past legal difficulties.
