I absolutely hate to say it

I absolutely hate to say itI absolutely hate to say it but I think anything below .20 is a buy on this. I'm only refering to the technicals as management spends waaaay to much money on themselves. Not even that confident of the technology to be honest but WIFI has to bring up their share price sooooo......
