After Galaxy buying Bitgo for $1.2 billion >> Galaxy offered $265 million cash and issueing 33.8 million new shares... you probably looking at a total of around 125 million shares outstanding, there's no major dilution at all in this Bitgo deal. Let's not forget Galaxy gets $40 billion in assets under Custody, having a large customer base is definitely a win win situation for Galaxy.
