Sassy Gold Corp. is a Canada-based exploration stage mining company. The Company is engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of high-grade precious metal and base metal projects in North America. The Company owns 100% of the Foremore Project located in the Eskay Camp, Liard Mining Division, in the heart of Northwest B.C.'s prolific Golden Triangle. It also has an option to earn a 100% interest in the Ashuanipi Gold Property in Labrador. The Project covers 220 square km (km2) in Labrador, 30 kilometers (km) southwest of Schefferville, Quebec. It holds a 20% interest in the Highrock Uranium Project in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin.

Eric Sprott increases investment in Sassy subsidiary

Great news for SASY.c shareholders.  After Friday's (week ago) announcement by NFG.v of 146g AU over 24 meters it looks like Eric Sprott is hot on the trail of this newly discovered gold camp by investing in Sassy's subsidiary in Newfoundland.

This gold camp is looking like a stock play similar to Voisey Bay from the mid 90's.  Eric Sprott don't wanna miss out.
