My understanding: 1) they have been producing at the old facility, just small quantity like 50tons/day? 2) The new and expanded facility is a set up like a big tent, which is pending city permit approval and expected in middle of June. 3) New equipment are on site at the new facility. Once the city permit is approved, can be set up quickly to ramp up production 4) More equipment to ramp up processing have been purchased from China, but all we know the logistics out of China has been pretty hot/tight... See the January 2020 BHS tweet about the concentrate production https://twitter.com/BayhorseSilver/status/1220053345475481603?s=20 Adding video of ongoing drilling at Bayhorse Silver Mine ^_^ https://twitter.com/BayhorseSilver/status/1380226722554069000?s=20
