I would say the other good news is that Footprintus appears to be focused on the fiber vertical only. There's definitely lots of space in our market for both companies. I think Footprintus is a potential acquirer of us down the road.

Good news is large TAM, lots of room to compete and these US players bring more attention and technology to the industry.
