sustainable profit while continuing to expand their market presence while operating at less than 50% capacity.
Company B: Dreams of turing a positive EBITDA in the next year or two.
Without knowing anything else, nothing else, company A is the one I would be interested in investing with. Why you don't ask. Simple, they are about to make real money with tailwind at their back. A lot less risk if you ask me. So stick to whatever metrics work for you, me I will forego the wishes and genie lamps that you dream about and continue to invest successfully by assessing the company not just via quantitive methods but also with some common sense (hence why I do not have a real job).
As far as this deal goes, Supreme sold out. Beena is in charge therefore Beena gets the credit. I have no reason to be happy about the deal nor shall I act otherwise. Yes there are dirty tactics in the market nonetheless I do not and will not support said actions. I will be done with 7 Acres if (most likely) this deal goes through. And yes I am hoping something happens that will stop it from taking place. There is nothing wrong with that. If it goes through so be it on to the next one.

I'm going by the standard definition of risk when analyzing a stock eg. market cap, exhanges traded on, debt, cash, revenue etc. The fact that you can't margin FIRE stock, but you can margin WEED stock is a fairly clearly indicator of the respective risk levels.
