ENB is non-sophisticated investor friendlyPrivate placement is for "sophisticated investor". Because the success rate, i.e. not belly up, is about 1%. I just quote what Terry Matthew says. I have no personal experience. The reward is 10 or 10's times return. I am not sophisticated and I want to sleep well at night.
ENB's board of directors are conservative, execution and PR. The chance for it gone belly up is slim. Looking back 20-30 years ago, ENB's price is about 10% of the current price and at the yield of 6-7%. If you invest 20-30 year ago, your investment yield is 60% today. I am lazy and I my brain power is deteriorating. ENB will not need much or work at my golden years. Yes. It is boring, i.e. not 10x or more return in a few years.
A guy call Gavin Graham replies to someone criticizes Guardian Fund's 5% yield is boring. His reply is that boring is good as long as you are being bored for next 100 years (paraphrased).
The kitchen is hot. It is not for everyone. I don't think I can sleep in the kitchen.
