It's not even satisfying go as low as sarcasm about these despicable people.

One thing that comes to mind is the question of when and how does an index eventually say "we're shutting you down, you're on your own" to a listed company? Is this something that can actually happen?

ICT, are there still any talks/interest of the original Restructuring Group going on in the background or have Col. Hack and all the others just moved onto other things and not even looking back anymore?
