My prediction again:

The court cannot walk back in time and say the QML is not valid and shut GPY down... because it is already issued by the Director of Yukon EMR! The court can only probe internal processes in Yukon EMR, and then advise the Dept to review their processes to avoid future internal Yukon disputes!

Furthermore, the existing Brewery Creek Mine Quartz Mining Licence (QML) & Water Use Licence (WUL) expires in Dec 2021 ANYWAY, and needs to be extended, so in other words, a new review is required including any NEW amendments!
