Aqua - you pose a very interesting question. First order of magnitude is the AGM they are up against the clock and I don't think they have much wiggle room. If this gets kicked off again, it's a total re-do meaning they would have to make a brand new application to get relistef and I seriously doubt they would get approved with the same leadership and ownership at the helm. From start to finish it is about a sixty day process and their are fees involved so they will need $100-200 CAD which brings up the 2nd order of business $$.

I have heard that the TSX is still asking questions from the former board.

have also heard a couple of influential people who helped craft the original restructuring have been trying to help Rhoades and McKenzie get this on track.

I also have heard that most of the restructuring group are involved with other projects depending on timing will always find a way to be involved with great projects. It's all about timing and ensuring a total removal of folks at global. 8 really, really smart guys have come to the same conclusion, Bakema can longer claim they just don't understand. This past two years + is total self inflicted wounds by selfish actions of a few.

the tragedy is tge CSS could have made a real difference.
