RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Rhodes goneI was told a few years ago by Bakema that the reason the 'floated' in the first place was because they didn't have to money to get the CSS to market on their own.  So in theory I guess they could but in practice if they actually want to make anything out of it I don't think they could do this.

I would disagree with you about them not being stupid.  I think their actions are indicative of some very stupid people.  Bakema in particular whilst clearly devious, dishonest and underhand is definitely an idiot.  If they weren't so stupid they would have recognised long ago that the only viable solution for this was the original restructuring agreement.  Since it was first halted in 2019 this has not advanced one iota.  And in terms of stupid, who changes the design of a critical component part way through an FDA submission after being told not to do so?  Bakema that's who.
