The Overland Pass Project is100% owned by the Company, and it is located approximately 90 km south of Elko, Nevada.

AND the company should have a 100% focused CEO especially one making nearly $400,000 -$500,000 per year and not an advisor or mutlipel other companies, director of mutliple other companies, and other leadership positons in others.   Not too much to ask right ?
