RE:RE:RE:Dynacert Dealer Tiberian1234; your question regarding the motivation of "apparent Bashers" is one that comes up on with respect to many companies, particularly in Stockhouse.
Usually it fits the current trading patterns of whatever company is being commented upon.
In the case of dynaCERT-DYA, I believe the so-called Bashers are more likely very long term shareholders who have extensive history with the company, sometimes going back prior to the J.Payne days, but certainly from the beginning of his tenure.
The story is unfortunately, very sad, very negative and very consistent.
This company is one where certainly every potential new shareholder and probably many existing ones would find it informative to review, if nothing else:
Every Sales Announcement over the past 5 or 6 years
Every Marketing Announcement over the past 5 or 6 years
Every financial progress announcement over trhe past 5 or 6 years
then compare them with actual results in the appropriate reporting periods following thereafter.
While there may be an exception (though I can't think of one off-hand) there has been zero follow through or supporting data for whatever announcement was made.
The story is always great about "what will be or what is is just around the corner" but results simply do not materialize.
So, while the "Basher" titles belong to many in the Stockhouse environ, my belief is that with dynaCERT-DYA it is worth at least checking the veracity of their remarks.
