I do not think fallen concentration will be a problem. There are few promising technologies are work in process, Enirgi vaporation (Rincon used it as proof of the concept, for its 400mg salar) and filtration one.
By 2028 - 2030 demand expect to be rampant and these tech (or other with similar results) will be in demand too. They not only can scale up projects with 200mg.+, but also speed them up.
It is a long term, but since you mentioned 100 years term....

All true, but there's this issue with water usage. Maybe they'll fix that as well, technology speeds ahead. We are pretty cost effecient though. Maybe enough to let others do the fancy and probably costly stuff, while we will just happily and laid back keep on evaporating. No crystal ball here.
One thing is sure, you and I will not see 3Q depleted :-0)
