Jackal?  One insider selling 10000 shares looks bad???
I could see it 'looking bad' if a number of insiders were selling their shares at once... but they're not.

if you research carefully you will see that he owns hundreds of thousands shares in this company. Perhaps he needed a little cash (kid's grad, car repairs, vacation...who knows). Even if he sold more shares, who cares. If all insiders suddenly decide to sell at once, then we have an issue.  But that's not what's happening here.

But questioning why Dene Rogers sold 10000 (less than 2%) of his roughly 600000 or 700000 shares (varies depending on what investment site I'm using).  He still has 98% of his holdings.

Good things are going to happen.  We saw a glimpse of this a few months ago.  I would pick up more like I did Friday.  8000 shares at 35 cents is a steal!!!!!!  Can't believe they are being sold at this price.  Thanks to whoever is selling!!!
