You partially answered your own query but that's only a SMALL part of it. Another partial factor temporarily supressing the stock price is ALL the acquisitions they've been doing in the last few months. Whether bad or good, these deals require a great deal of dilution in share capital and therefore require time for the stock & market to absorb. With this said though, i firmly believe that ALL the assets they are acquiring will be TREMONDOUSLY accretive in the long run regardless of the dilutive nature of these deals. So for an investor or s/h to see any siginificant results or ROI, it will require a bit of time and some patience on their part. Also don't forget, this company will have over 400M s/h when this last deal is consumated, that's quite a bit for such a small & young outfit. Hopefully, a substantial amount of those shares are firmly in insiders hands who have a long term approach in mind.
With the company having so many "HOT" irons in the fire, i seriously cannot see how they could fail unless they're totally completely incompetent, which i doubt they are from my own research. How bad could you possibly be to put out one of the very few publically traded companies who deal in nothing but Alt coins? I don't know of ANYONE else who's tapped into this niche market and the same goes for NFT'S to a smaller extent. So you must have some higher level of perception & intellect for this type of "out-of-the-box" thinking and be successfull at it.
Operational factors aside, i personally would've prefer the company had a smaller float than what they currently have. I'd even go as far as to suggest to mgmt they do an "accretive" consolidation of share captial, something in the range of 1 for 5 to improve the company's financial legging and any possible future dilution that WIIL BE required. At this level, the company's shares would enjoy better price appreciation without being too volatile but still be liquid enough for every type of investor. In other words, a perfect balance. JMHO.
Good luck & God speed
