Yah man, that's how post Claquot (sp) forestry got off the hot seat.  Oil was the new villain.  It bodes incredibly badly that forestry is now contentious and I feel bad for the 3% of the sector or so doing old growth that's virtually done. That's the resolution here. The concession is the liscence holders may get bought out for $100/ m3 (Teal) but the mills running big stuff coast side?  They done.  


Western has better Mills run kit second growth but I don't know how much water they can carry. This ain't a simple in favor vs out of favor argument it's pretty transformative stuff the market is trying to digest.
