It owns and manages a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, retail, multi-suite residential and hotel properties in North America. It is a significant sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs): Morguard REIT, a closed-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial real estate assets; and Morguard North American Residential REIT, an open-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of multi-suite residential assets across North America.

Thanks.....Just put in another small order....I am waay overweight on this.

I told myself, I would NEVER do that again. But....MRT.UN is trending and this time I am getting great feed back here too. Plus there IS that huge short position that must cover if this continues.

All REITS are trending up....and MRT.un is waay behind. Its parent company is up more that 50% already. After this I will grow up and control my FOMO. Good Luck Longs.
