If the AGAINST votes wins..Will Canopy come back with a higher offer?

They seem to need Supreme way more than Supreme needs Canopy.

Perhaps offer a $600M valuation and calculate a share exchange ratio based on today's WEED price.  I'll bet you they will get more support for a deal.
