It owns 66.7% of 1251797 BC Ltd, which owns 100% of 28 claims covering the historic Atlin-Rufner mine. The mine is about 23 km northeast of Atlin. The Leigh Creek Magnesite Project, located in the state of South Australia. It also has an agreement to acquire certain licenses that make up the Wheeler and Bergeron properties within the Labrador Trough Area of Quebec, Canada. The Wheeler property consists of about 245 claims covering 11,797 hectares.

The NFLD board...

The NFLD board......just had a formal approval of a Code Of Conduct board, and a Compensation
Committee that are filled by a MAJORITY of INDEPENDENT directors.
IMHO they , just opened all the windows in order to get some fresh air into the complex.
