Their is NO $100 M deal with that cash coming from Kedrion that was triggered by the FDA approval. they are only getting $5 M from Kedrion when they excerside their option for Ryplazim. The some $70 M will come from the sale of the FDA voucher. - not frpm Kedrion! If they had not done this stupid deal with Kedrion, instead of getting $70 M, they would have gotten about $100 M. None of this makes any sense unless they have some backdoor nefarious deal going on!
