DCM Director on the Way Out?

I was trying to make sense of some insider selling of board member William Albino over the last couple of weeks. After looking around on SEDAR it appears he is not listed in the recently filed proxy so I guess he is being booted from the board. Given he only had 90K shares after 9 years, a fraction of what other board members own, he did not look too committed anyway….probably a good thing he is out!
