It owns and manages a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, retail, multi-suite residential and hotel properties in North America. It is a significant sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs): Morguard REIT, a closed-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial real estate assets; and Morguard North American Residential REIT, an open-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of multi-suite residential assets across North America.

Last year was the gift of a lifetime when this was in the $4's.

Next resistance levels are $7.42 and then $8.27. We might bounce in between those to levels for awhile with a strong liklihood of holding above $8. Still not too late for fence sitters to ride it back up.
