RE:BNN market call-harsh words fot IPL...End March 2021, 13F filing, Davis Rea has 187 Million dollars in all holdings, of which 15 Million dollars is in Brookfield, so not exactly a big player.

Yeah, IPL refused a hostile offer for 16.50, to be maybe increased to 18.25 depending on etc etc, which was then bumped up to 19.75 after the PPL offer accepted.
IPL accepted an offer for 19.50 from PPL (now worth 19.88) after the BIPC offer sat there for a few months, that will yield 6.5% income for shareholders.
