Verde Buying Opportunity?

Verde Buying Opportunity?Looks like someone has decided they have found greener pastures than those offered by Mr. Veloso and is moving out. Over 100,000 shares sold today, driving the price all the way down to $1.08 at one point.

There are now still 86,000 shares on offer at $1.11. This is eleven cents less than Mr. Veloso's last stock option grant strike price ($1.22), so on that benchmark offers independent investors a chance to buy in at a better price than the CEO. Full disclosure, the CEO still has over 1.2 million stock option priced at $0.61 and $0.63, so don't feel too badly for him.

I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Cheers,

S
