So as Lisa explained yesterday in the WSR a lot of the shares issued are instead of cash payments to consultants/sales people etc.

Ask yourself, if you thought the shares were worthless would you accept them as form of payment??

I know I wouldn't be working for shares that I thought would be worthless. I'd go find a gig that paid cash......

yeah it's easy to take shares at 40 cents when they're trading at .44 but it's diluting the retail shareholder, keeping so down and just real bad management when you use your shares as a form of cash.   A smart manager would be buying back shares if they are truly under valued but this behaviour creates the belief that the stocks are over valued.   Nice work Lisa , ....sarcasm for sure
