BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

You provided no link to prove anything, please back up your statement with a link.  As far as we know youself and a room full of monkeys wrote your post and is intended to be misleading as the rest of your garbage.

I told you it's on the MD&A docuement that Hexo itself issues - and you can find it on Sedar and on Hexo's website.
I don't have to post a link to valaidate Hexo's documents, do your own phkn research - you seriously need a link to find Hexo's website?

But if that's not close enough for you - it's begins on Page 39 of the document, under the Heading "Internal Controls over Fianncial Reporting"
This is not new information - the auditor has been making these points for several years - and SSL/Hexo management has failed to take the necessary any corrective action. I guess too busy buying pos bankrupt comapnies.
