FINANCING AT .06WOW, Of course not a bought deal, and if fully subsribed it increases our issued shares by what, 50%, you should of tried at .20. Maybe we get some news now and price will rise, cause  you ait filling no pp when u can buy free trading on open market, and the way the stock has slumped from .80, the warrants wll prob expire useless
