RE:RE:FINANCING AT .06well said exactly,are insiders buying stock, NOOOOOOOOO, so why should anyone. There is not one bit of confidence rating with this poorly run show. So many got financialy killed on this it isnt funny.
So what are they telling interested placement buyers, what story they getting that current shareholders arent.

Btw, they dont even mention if the PP is existing sharehlder exempt, probabky not then, why would they want existing shareholders to potentially make some money back.

Btw #2, the CSE should be ashamed also
