MHP,

I agree with your logic 100% but I imagine Arc man gme this must have justification for their plan at this moment .

 My only explanatiin is they realize that opex can change the environment we see ourselves in today and open up the taps at anytime.  They could hedge but if they did that and opex continues to keep cuts and oil containers to rise then management would be masacured so they are trying to play the long slow game .  What's other people's thoughts on Arcs game plan.  Again I agree with what MHP is saying but that does not mean they don't have a longer game .  I know there plan was always to pay down debt first year of ledger get it Inline with 1.6 and then increase dividen so I assume that is still the plan
