RE:RE:RE:RE:Share buyback continueschrischapman256, on May 13th you wrote  "How is this still at $2.20 after this quarterly result? What is motivating the sellers at these prices?"  Well, after the excellent quarterly results on May 13th it closed at $2.22 and  today June 22nd it is at a whopping $2,21 with no return to a dividend any time soon. What a performer this stock is! .

Another poster wrote " The one analyst listed on Yahoo! with a $3.50 target price. Expected  $.12 and SXP delivered a 25% EPS beat. HUGE!" 

You would think that by now it would be $2.75 or a similar 25% more?
