unfortunately TD or whomever did their part correctly, though whats up for grabs are the transaction date and the consideration of the days price used...just look at the total value used in the conversion divided by the number of shares.
 So yea u got shafted. 


i think it make sense to short this and recoup what was owed. Perhaps a writing to Grego is in order, if he wanted to presume fraud 3 years ago, nows a better time than ever.
