The Cerro Minas Property covers an area of approximately 899 hectares, located in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The Ralleau property is located within the Abitibi greenstone belt approximately 40 km east of Quevillon, Quebec and comprises 52 contiguous mineral claims.
