My apologies for such implied synergies.

Both are in the oil services area, Bry with exceptional revenues but some debt, and little cash, and TLA with cash and no debt but only modest revenues.

That was intended to be my main point.....modestly complementary in products and services but mutual benefits from an amalgamation.
