REOPENING TRADE COMMING SOON.
Many REITS are still lagging when compared other sectors. Banks have more than recovered and they have mortgages these REITS. This is one of those lagging sectors for investors. They want to SEE businesses reopen and everyone starts going back to the Office.
Am expecting Investors to take some of their profits from sectors that may have overshot, and pick up these value plays.
If "Any" inflation persists, than the REITS are very undervalued.
