Global Hemp Group (GHG.CN) And Western Sierra Resource Announce The Finishing Of Transaction

The price, however, jumped dramatically to $0.0800 on January 15 and remained volatile until March. Following that, it dropped and now trades at $0.0400. The company’s average daily volume is 2,122,566 shares.
Global Hemp Group was created in 2009 and focuses on the hemp sector in Canada and the United States. The Western Sierra Resource Corporation has announced the completion of their transition with the Global Hemp Group. After this transaction is completed, the Colorado Hemp Agro-Industrial Zone will be created (HAIZ).
This agreement will assist Western Sierra Resource in repaying debts as well as creating and developing WSR’s green technology in collaboration with Mystery Power Group (MPG) innovations. In addition, the company will be able to enhance its existing water infrastructure assets, which is critical to the HAIZ project’s development.
