(TSX: TLG) (OTCQB: CHXMF) (“Troilus” or the “Company”) announces that Paul Pint, President and co-founder of the Company, has retired from Troilus effective July 1, 2021. Justin Reid, CEO, will be assuming the duties of President and CEO going forward.
